Probably one of the worst Chili's I've been to in terms of service. I had to ask the host where my waiter was after sitting unattended in the relatively empty restaurant for 15 min. When my order finally arrived it was completely wrong, and the only thing I ordered was a salad w the dressing on the side.

The food is not only prepared well, but the wait staff doesn't make excuses for anything. I can't remember the last time I've been out to eat and my drink NEVER ran dry. Congratulations Chili's of Fairless Hills, YOU ARE MY HERO!!

I dont typically eat at Chilis but on this occassion my wife and I decided to order take out. I must say, our order was perfectly placed in there to go containers without anything missing! The food was very good and. Ordered the Southern Bacon burger and Grilled Salmon. The Triple Dipper for an app. All was still piping hot by the time we made it home. Nicely done guys!

I went last night and they had run out of practically everything, including: Coca-Cola (how do you run out of Coke?), guacamole, sour cream, corn, mac and cheese, chicken, the list goes on (I'm laughing as I'm writing this because what place can call themselves a "tex-mex"/Mexican restaurant without ALL of these food items)... I decided to just order a soup. It arrived after waiting for TWO HOURS. Yes...for a soup. Finally, when it arrived, it was cold. I was too afraid to ask my server to heat it up, in fear that it would take him another 2 hours to bring it back to me. Horrible experience.

It was mediocre. Chicken Tortilla soup was a bit on the salty side. Chicken enchilada was ok. Portions are a bit on the small side. We had to ask for napkins and utensils when our food arrived...why aren't they sitting out when you get there is beyond me. We weren't offered refills on our water or ice tea. Our waiter accidentally tried to charge us for an extra fountain soda but he corrected it. They seemed understaffed.

Not our first time here, but definitely will be our last. Wanted to sit at the bar and have a couple drinks and order some guac. Had to switch around our own bar stools because we noticed three chairs in a row had droplets of water on them. Finally we sat down and ordered the PBRs that were advertised on their computer ordering system. The bartender comes back after two minutes and says they're all out. Seriously?? Please don't advertise something that you don't have- especially on a friday night. So then we ordered two yuengling drafts instead, and an order of guac. We got everything fast because we were the only people at the bar (8 pm on a friday). Guac was tasteless and really chunky (like a huge piece of avocado that wasnt blended in, and the chips kept breaking off into the dip), salsa that came with it must have been straight from a jar, and the chips were translucent and shiny (oily), and also super stale. Halfway through our beers though, we realized the yuenglings were two different colors.. So I tried my boyfriend's beer... Not sure what either beer was, or why one tasted more hoppy and was darker than the other, though the bill listed 2 yuenglings. I debated finding a manager but at that point it wasn't worth it and we just wanted to leave. Never have I been somewhere and left after 30 minutes. Btw, we found out what the wet chairs were about... When a server brought out a sizzling skillet of food to a table, I saw drops of steam fall to the floor in the same pattern of the droplets that were on the chairs... Gross. When we were waiting for our check, the barback came behind the bar, reached into the fridge, and started drinking from a beer right in front of us. WHAT. We didn't finish our beers or the food. Surprised we even felt compelled to tip 20%. One star because the bartender was friendly.

I've been to plenty of Chili's and have had great experiences; however, this particular Chili's WAS NOT one of those Chili's. I got to the bar and there were still dirty dishes from previous guests at 2 spots at the bar - a bar which has very few seats as it is. I understand that the bartender was busy, but the seats were right in front of the kitchen and right next to the service bar where the staff gathers. Not one of them could help the bartender out and take the dishes?! Come on! I then ordered chips and salsa - a simple request usually, but not for this particular Chili's. The chips weren't fully cooked, so they were shiny looking/soft. I then ordered my Bacon Ranch Quesadillas. They came out burnt - ugh - so disappointing. I then ordered extra salsa and that took 10 minutes. Again, I was right by the kitchen - which has no door - I could've walked in and gotten it myself. Needless to say, I ate the food fast and got out of there ASAP! Never had problems at other Chili's but this one needs MAJOR HELP!! I recommend going anywhere else but this particular location!

Not a memorable experience. Restaurant was absolutely filthy - they seated us at a table that had smushed French fries and tortillas under the table. It took 40 minutes for the food to come out. Never again.
The food sucked. I got a chicken quesadilla and it was burnt and I couldn't even taste the cheese. It had cooked so much that the cheese basically evaporated. I was very dissapointed. I was really craving a quesadilla that night, I still haven't had one since then, so writing this is making me really want one.

Do not go to this Chili's! Ordered kids' meals and drinks when we sat down. Most of us ordered salads - those were very good. After eating our salads we waited over an hour for our burgers to arrive and 4 of the 5 were charred and almost inedible. We sent one back but we just needed to leave as it was past the kids' bedtime and we didn't have time to wait again. The manager came over to apologize and we explained the wait and the condition of the burgers. We then waited again for a long time for the check. My dad went over to ask for a cookie to go for my nephew (no ice cream, just plain cookie). When we got the bill they had not comped us anything, had charged us for the full price for the ice cream-less version of their cookie dessert, and included 18% gratuity on the bill. Seriously?? We waited hours for our food, got mostly crappy wrongly-prepared food, and they charged us full price. When we mentioned this to the waitress, she took $5 off of the bill. Terrible customer service. And the restaurant was not busy. No excuse for this service.

This past Saturday we came to this location. The hostess was nice and asked my friend and I if we wanted to sit at the bar area. We decided to sit there. The waiter's name was Tom he was very nice. The best waiter or waitress I ever had. He keep up with filling our drinks. He brought our food out in a timely fashion. We got the two for $20. Food was also very yummy. What else could I say, not much I said it all, just that everything at this location was great!

We only ate here to use a gift card someone gave us a year ago. We gave them two stars since the wife enjoyed her margarita, otherwise this dining experience was a bust. The only place worse in the area is Uno/Old Chicago. Our server was not too good either. Our appetizer was only chips & salsa which took awhile to receive. Matter of fact, our meal came out just a 2 or 3 minutes after the chips, pretty sad. Ordered the cajun pasta with chicken...this ended up being just penne with chicken and a small amount of alfredo, absolutely no hint of cajun spice. Alsohad to send it back since it was cold on the outside. We also had margarita chicken which was pretty good, wife said it seemed healthy. Personally, we were not sold on this particular location to come back. Never saw the manager working the floor. Unless you love average, bland food and poor service, then this is your place. As for us, we expect a better dining experience, even from a chain restaurant.

Had dinner there the other night with friends and family. Food was fine, service was going great until the waiter dumped a glass of red wine down one of our party's back. No real apology, no offer of anything. Talked to manager, who offered 2 towels to help mop him up. Never going back there again

I came by for lunch with my mom on a weekday around noon, and we were quickly seated. Our waiter was friendly, and although we had to wait a little for him to introduce himself and bring us drinks, he was politely apologetic about it. We were still looking at the menu anyway. I ordered the lunch combo of chicken enchilada soup and a chicken fajita ($8). The soup wasn't too salty, which was good, and I enjoyed it. The fajita came with three tortillas and some toppings. I asked for no guacamole or sour cream, so the waiter offered to give me more of the remaining toppings: cheese, jalapeños, salsa, and pico de gallo. I enjoyed building the fajitas. The chicken was tender and moist, but I felt that most of its flavor came from sauce rather than the grill, which I was a little disappointed about. Also, the onions and peppers with the meat were a little too salty. However, with the fajita built, everything tasted pretty good together. Overall, it made for a very filling meal. I enjoyed the food and the atmosphere; probably will return when I'm in the area.

The food, well my food was pretty disappointing but not the worst I've ever had ...Chicken crispers with fries and corn cob. They lacked flavor were a little doughy and as stated very greasy. The chicken itself was good so after removing the breading it wasn't all bad. Eating at Chili's reminds me why I love living in the city. Chili's is no better or worse than any of the other chain restaurants in this wasteland of suburban box stores and restaurants. Although the name "Chili's" and the chili on their sign would seem to suggest some kind of Mexican theme, Mexican offerings are slim on the ground. Lots of burgers and ribs, some pasta. Fajitas and quesadillas are as close as it seems to get to Mexican. Service was not very attentive and it took a long time to get our waitress' attention to order appetizers and get drink refills. The food took surprisingly long to come out, considering that the restaurant was not very crowded. I do appreciate that they highlight their "healthy" offerings. The margarita chicken was very flavorful and they were happy to substitute extra vegetables instead of loaded mashed potatoes. Prices are comparable to similar restaurants. Overall, I see no particularly compelling reason to head to Chili's - but then again, there's not really a reason not to. I

The food is very inconsistent here. This used to be mine and my husband's go to place but the food just keeps getting worse. My fajitas were cold and the fixings that come with it was barely enough to make 1 fajita. The tortillas were cold as well. I only had one fajita before I had to stop eating and leave. My husband's burger was okay but the lettuce was very brown. The appetizer we usually get it there loaded fries and that is usually consistent.

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

I've been here and had better. My most recent experience was terrible!!!! First of all, they told us there was a half hour (at most) wait. We ended up waiting 45 minutes!!!! We were a party of 8 and they sat us at a tiny booth. Literally I was on top of my fiancée and could not eat. The waiter provided us with horrible service. He took our drink order, then asked if we were ready to order. We said yes and he walked away. Once he finally took our order, waters came right away, but the other drinks took 15 minutes to receive. then, he forgot 4 of the drinks including my 5 year old nephew who got upset because everyone else had drinks BUT him. We ordered four appetizers, one came about 20 minutes before the other 3. The entrees. Came shortly after the appetizers and we had several issues. To start off with , the entrees came all at different times. I received my steak ( highly recommended) first. I got a side of mashed potatoes which were cold, and my other side, broccoli, was browning. We asked for steak sauce, and the waiter ignored us several times. Then we ordered dessert, we asked for it wrapped, and the waiter told me we couldn't get it wrapped, but he could put it in a box. (aren't they the same thing)? Anyway, after this deplorable experience I won't be coming back to this Chili's.
